Our Mission

At Spirit of M46 Rescue, we are driven by a deep passion for providing a second chance to neglected, abandoned, and mistreated horses. Our mission is to rescue these beautiful animals from harmful situations, whether due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment, and offer them a safe space to heal, recover, and thrive.

We understand that every horse's needs are unique, which is why we offer individualized care, including medical treatment, nutritional support, and mental rehabilitation. Our dedicated team works closely with veterinarians and equine specialists to create personalized recovery plans, ensuring that each horse receives the attention and compassion it deserves. Beyond recovery, our goal is to find these horses loving forever homes, where they can continue to thrive and live peacefully.

Horses that are unable to be rehomed due to special medical or behavioral needs are given a permanent sanctuary at our facility, where they can live out their days in a serene and nurturing environment.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services to support horse welfare and rehabilitation:

• Sanctuary: For horses that cannot be adopted due to chronic health conditions or other limitations, we offer a permanent sanctuary. These horses receive lifelong care at our facility, enjoying open pastures and companionship from other sanctuary horses.
• Pasture Board: We provide open, spacious pastures where horses can roam freely, graze, and socialize. Our pasture boarding services are ideal for owners looking to give their horses a natural and enriching environment.
• Stall Board: Our clean, comfortable stables provide individual stalls with high-quality bedding, ensuring the horses are well-rested and safe. Stall boarding includes daily exercise and pasture access.
• On-site Trailer Repair: Keeping horses safe during transport is essential, which is why we offer on-site trailer repair services. From regular maintenance to emergency fixes, our professional repair services ensure safe travels for all horses.
